Behavioral Development And Learning

Organisations today understand the impact of behaviour as integral to development and productivity.  People are our best resource.  Does training seem to affect some and not others?  Is there effective transfer of learning into the workplace?

Most training is focused upon the acquisition of skills or knowledge.  Skill training is necessary, but not sufficient to produce change.  Our Behavioural Development Trainers specialise in behavioural development processes, particularly in the area of understanding of learning styles.  This process motivates the individual to understand themselves and make positive steps towards behavioural change.  This type of Action Learning is work based rather than classroom based and is a process through which participants learn with and from each other by mutual support.  Participants work on practical workplace problems, carrying real responsibility, in real conditions.

Value Added Personnel are in partnership with reputable Registered Training Organisations(RTO) who deliver Government funded and non Government funded courses.  Courses can be run at our Client’s workplace or off site as required.  The RTO’s are totally flexible in terms of when you would want training to be conducted i.e. before working hours or after working hours.
