This qualification reflects the role of individuals who take the first line of management in a wide range of organizational and industry contexts. Individuals may need entry level skills and knowledge to develop their proficiency in supervision and management. They may have existing qualifications and technical skills in any given vocation or profession, yet require skills or recognition in supervisory functions. New managers working at the frontline, such as supervisors and team leaders, who may have technical skills but require development in people management would benefit from this course.
A Certificate IV in Frontline Management course further develops knowledge in leadership, communication and organizational skills. On completion of this course individuals will be competent in effective team management, analyzing budgets, financial information and OH&S systems.
