This is an entry-level qualification and is suited to Australian Apprenticeship pathways.

This course provides you with the skills and knowledge to undertake tasks such as food distribution, cleaning, linen handling, waste handling, assistant cook, cleaner, domestic assisting, food service assistant. The patient support services environment does not involve direct care assistance tasks such as assisting other staff with the care of patients and clients.
