Value Added Personnel Pty Ltd’s Outplacement Program is developed with a view to providing the best possible service to organisations and individuals that are affected by restructuring or downsizing. The program is comprehensive and flexible in design and maximises the results expected by both the employee and the sponsoring company.

The program is systematic and encompasses the following stages :

Stage I – Customer Preparation

Obtain background information on the released individuals, the nature of separation and any other issues that may impact on the severance and outplacement process.

Stage II – Client Meeting

Meet with the released individual/s and our consultant immediately after the termination discussion either at the workplace site or at our premises.  Outplacement assistance begins by assessing the emotional impact, providing immediate psychological support, and establishing structure to the individual’s changing situation.

Stage III – Format
  1. One Day or Two Day Workshops (9.00 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

  2. Financial Planning Advice
    This is an obligation free advice session and covers an overview of the following services available:
    Superannuation Consultancy
    Retrenchment Planning
    Social Security Advice and Application Service
    Investment & Income Advice
    Home Business Finance (22 Providers) – (if required)
  3. Skills Testing
    All candidates will be offered our Skills Check software program to ascertain their level of skill and expertise.  The testing procedure allows us to determine computer knowledge on various packages and Business/General English (Grammar/Spelling/Vocabulary) etc.
  4. Assistance with Job Search
    Registration with Value Added Personnel Pty Ltd to assist with job opportunities which may be available.
